Warranty Information

One year limited mfg warranty. *NOTE: The capacity of all rechargeable batteries will decline over time depending on the use and charging/discharging process. This is considered normal and therefore, a reduction in battery capacity is not covered under warranty. The battery is only warranted from defects in material or workmanship resulting in failures. Reduced runtime is not warranted and will vary depending on the power management settings and configurations as well as the number of times the battery has been charged and discharged. Please be advised that rechargeable batteries are considered 'consumable products' and warranty coverage is limited.

    Battery was same size as OEM at a substantially lower price. It connected easily and charged up correctly..

    The service and knowledge over the phone with the Customer Service Dept was excellent. I have been dealing with sub standard 12v 5ah SLA batteries for the past 3 years after an impeccable 10 year run. This rating is for service and delivery speed only and I will follow up in three months as that has been the life span of the inferior SLA batteries as opposed to the 3-5 year life span I was used to.
